Please describe the size of the piece you're looking for, which art form it is (wood burned, wire wrapped, chainmaille, etc.), if there's a date you absolutely need it by, and an email I can reach you at to go over additional information I may need.

All custom pieces must be paid in full before I will begin working on them.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All items ship with USPS. Any pre-made items should be shipped out within 3-5 business days of purchase. Custom items will take much longer to ship, and that shipping time will be discussed during our custom piece correspondence.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may cancel a purchase within 24 hours for a full refund.

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out to me if you have any issues or concerns with your order.

If a piece arrives to you damaged or broken, please let me know within 7 days of its arrival. I will work with you to either repair the damage, or create a replacement piece.
